The girls usually come up with a meal each week to help with me figuring out what we are going to have. I am the one who usually does the meal planning, but I ask everyone for ideas and see what they want. I hope this help take away some of the stress of picking what is for dinner, how to shop for what you make, and a bonus, when the kids ask “what’s for dinner”, just point to the meal plan! It works perfect for her to do it that way. I have a friend that just writes that she is having “Baked Gnocchi” for dinner, and then writes her shopping list. Check what I have on hand, and what I don’t, goes on the shopping list. I don’t only write that I am having “Creamy Beef Pasta” for dinner on Monday, I also put in all the sides, and basic ingredients that go into the meal. Just to give an overview of how I use it, because I have had a few people ask. Meant to help ease the stress of cooking, on a daily basis and/or help plan what days you might do take out.
